Early in his career, he worked at large national accounting firms in downtown Los Angeles and San Diego, where he gained valuable experience as a Tax Supervisor. In 1993, he established his own practice with the goal of offering the personalized service of a small firm backed by the knowledge and skills of a larger organization.
